We provide laundry, dry cleaning and related services as described on our website. Service descriptions, prices and availability are subject to change. We will make reasonable efforts to provide services as described but cannot guarantee specific outcomes for every item.

Bookings, Payments and Pricing

Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Payment methods and pricing are displayed at checkout. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. Charges for delivery, special handling or additional services may apply and will be disclosed during booking.

Cancellations, Returns and Refunds

Cancellations, returns and refund requests are handled in accordance with our cancellation policy and applicable UAE consumer protection laws. Refunds, where due, will be processed in a reasonable timeframe using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

Customer Obligations

Customers must disclose any special care instructions, valuable items, or pre-existing damage. We are not liable for damage to items where such instructions were not provided or where items had pre-existing defects not disclosed at drop-off.

Liability and Limitation

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WasherBee Dubai's liability for loss or damage is limited to the value of the relevant service or item and excludes indirect or consequential losses. This limitation is subject to mandatory provisions of UAE law, including consumer protection regulations.

Intellectual Property

All content on the website, including text, images, logos and designs, is owned or licensed by WasherBee Dubai. You may not reproduce or use such content without our prior written consent.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where such failure or delay results from events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, government action or network outages.
